Hi!

My name is Carlos Cintron and I’m a freelance web developer, internet marketer and “code tweaker.” As the owner of several websites, I’ve spent most of my time behind the scenes, managing websites, studying code and branding small business owners using SEO Search Engine Optimization, Web 2.0 to 4.0 advanced strategies and CMS tools.
