Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Communicate with small and medium sized business owners. Presenting the services of Web SEO Specialist Internet Marketing strategies listed above.

Prospect for leads by scanning local TV, radio and print ads as well as direct mail from local businesses. Contact marketing executives at those organizations and establish rapport. Meet new business prospects at local networking events held by the Small Business Administration, Chamber of Commerce, public libraries and other business development groups. Discuss benefits of Web SEO Specialist services, capture contact information and add information to your client database.

Follow up with these and other prospective clients who have requested information via the website, email and phone and log these activities to an online sales management tool. Follow up with prospects according to schedule by phone and email, and send letters and brochures on request. Set appointments and join senior product specialist on client calls, provide client consultations. Learn client marketing goals and present relevant solutions by way of brochures and PowerPoint presentations. Create proposals, close sales,  oversee implementation according to contract, manage accounts on an ongoing basis and maintain positive relationships with all past and present clients. Provide weekly status reports to sales management summarizing efforts, results and challenges against goals.

Reqirements:

Experience in a sales role or closely related role working with people is required. Experience with or knowledge of online marketing and websites is highly desired. Existing rolodex of small and medium sized business contacts is extremely helpful.
